Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, we will be unable to process a refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items that are not in their original condition, or have damages or missing parts not caused by our error, cannot be returned.
Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Rejected Deliveries: Items refused by the recipient upon delivery are ineligible for full refunds. If returned, they may incur additional shipping fees that will be deducted from the refundable amount.
No exchanges can be offered since every product is custom made.
Damaged Items: For items damaged during shipping, please email us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage, shipping label, and both internal and external packaging. Without these, we will be unable to process a refund for damaged items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, double-check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
- Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Return Shipping Policy
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to reasons outside Kanvart’s control, the customer can request it to be resent with no additional charges. Alternatively, a refund can be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
Returning High-Value Items
- Tracking and Insurance: For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
