Order Tracking

  • Tracking Service Provided: All orders include a tracking service to keep customers updated on the delivery status of their items from dispatch to arrival.

Standard Shipping Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 8-10 business days.
  • Location-Based Variability: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, postal service, and customs regulations.

Refund for Delayed Shipments

  • Right to Refund: If a shipment does not arrive within 40 days, the customer is entitled to a refund. We will verify the status through tracking; if the tracking indicates that the shipment has not arrived, the customer may request a refund.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional taxes or customs fees imposed by your government or local postal service are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

  • Shipping Label Accuracy: Orders are sent to the exact address provided by the customer. Once the order reaches the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. Any issues after arrival should be addressed with your local postal office.

Multiple Shipments

  • Optimized Delivery: To ensure timely delivery, your order may be divided into multiple shipments at no extra cost.

Import Authorization

  • Importing on Your Behalf: By purchasing from Kanvart, you authorize us to handle the importation of goods on your behalf. Kanvart may delegate import responsibilities to a third-party contractor if needed. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the purchase price.
